A proposed Verdict slip and proposed jury instructions shall be delivered to the trial judge in chambers not later than Monday, January 14, 2019. The Commonwealth shall prepare and deliver to the trial judge the full text of proposed instructions for each of the charged offenses, both in Microsoft Word format and by hard copy. Either party may file and serve objections not later than two(2)days after the filing/service of proposed instructions, in which case objecting counsel shall submit proposed alternative instructions/verdict slip. 10. Prosecution witnesses: They have been disclosed to the defense. 13. Plea Negotiations: No formal offer tendered to the Defendant. Some informal plea discussions have occurred. 14. Other than set forth herein, both counsel have confirmed to the Court that all discovery has been disclosed and no outstanding discovery requests remain pending. Within fourteen(14)days of receipt of the DNA report from the Commonwealth,the Defendant shall indicate to the Court whether he desires the services of a DNA expert. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel expecting to use technology including video or audio recordings during the trial contact Court Administration well in advance of trial to conduct a dry run so as to avoid technology glitches during trial.
